200 Club Hosts 'Meet The Chiefs' Social Nov. 18 In Holmdel

Open to the public, the "Meet the (Police) Chiefs Social" will be held at The Polo Club on Rt. 34 in Holmdel on November 18 from 6 to 9 p.m.

HOLMDEL, NJ — The 200 Club of Monmouth County will hold a "Meet the Chiefs Social" next Monday, Nov. 18, where members of the public can purchase tickets to meet and network with local chiefs of police.

Open to the public, the “Meet the Chiefs Social” will be held at The Polo Club on Rt. 34 in Holmdel on November 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $65 per person and include hors d’oeuvres and open bar. They are available for purchase at www.monmouth200club.com under the events tab.

Police chiefs from throughout Monmouth County will attend the “Meet the Chiefs Social,” which provides a channel for police and citizens to interact and gain a better understanding of law enforcement. Monmouth County residents, business owners and employees are encouraged to ask questions, voice concerns and enjoy the company of local police chiefs who are committed to providing them safe neighborhoods.

“We look forward to connecting the community and law enforcement leaders throughout Monmouth County. It is a great opportunity for police chiefs to increase positive interactions with residents and business owners in a relaxed, social setting,” said Kim Guadagno, president of the 200 Club of Monmouth County.

“It’s all about being visible and accessible. Both our police chiefs and our citizens gain valuable insights from these social gatherings which strengthen trust and build bridges — so we encourage the people we serve to come out and join us,” said Robert Honecker, Jr., Vice President of The 200 Club of Monmouth County.

The 200 Club of Monmouth County was founded by Bill Wingard and other Monmouth County philanthropists in 1987 when each pledged an annual donation of $200. The 200 Club is dedicated to providing financial assistance to the families of public safety and rescue personnel who are seriously injured in the line of duty or die from in the line of duty injuries. This includes, but is not limited to, police officers, firefighters, and first aid and EMT technicians of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
