Two building crashes happened in New Jersey this weekend. One of the accidents involved an ambulance, police said.
The first crash happened on Friday at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Route 23 when the driver of a Wayne Memorial First Aid Squad ambulance lost control of the ambulance. The ambulance struck the median and careened into the parking lot of C.C. Rental, police said.
The ambulance crashed into several parked cars, pushing 3 vehicles into the C.C. Rental building, causing major structural damage, police said. Another parked vehicle was damaged by flying debris from the building.

No one was injured in the crash. With the exception of the ambulance, all other cars involved were unoccupied. No one inside C.C. Rental was injured, police said.
Any witness to the crash is asked to call the Wayne Police Traffic Bureau to provide information at 973-633-3520.

The other crash happened in the Holmdel area on Saturday when a car crashed into the Holmdel Deli and Groceries store on the corner of Bethany and Holmdel roads, according to The Asbury Park Press.
