Alleged 'Pooping Super' Paid $100K To Quit Kenilworth: Report
Thomas Tramaglini, accused of pooping daily on the Holmdel High track, negotiated quite the severance package for himself.

KENILWORTH, NJ — Thomas Tramaglini, the disgraced former superintendent of Kenilworth schools accused of pooping on a daily basis on the Holmdel High track and football field, negotiated quite the separation package for himself when he resigned from the Kenilworth district.
Tramaglini will be paid his full salary through the end of September plus two months severance pay and $23,827 in unused vacation days, NJ.com reported. This is all according to his separation agreement, which Tramaglini and the district originally agreed not to disclose the details of. However, because Tramaglini is being paid with taxpayer dollars, the agreement was subject to be made public via an OPRA request, which NJ Advance Media and other outlets requested.
Tramaglini was arrested April 30 and suspended from his job that same day. His resignation is effective Sept. 30.

In total — including his unused vacation days, two months severance pay and regular salary of $147,000 a year — Kenilworth schools will pay Tramaglini $109,868 since the day he was suspended, according to the report. The district will also not contest his application if he files for unemployment.
As Patch reported Monday, Tramagalini was back in Holmdel municipal court on Monday, where his lawyer continued to argue against the charges of public defecation, lewdness and littering that he is facing. His lawyer took issue with the video camera the Holmdel school resource officer used to record the alleged public pooping, saying there are discrepancies in the timeline of events.

Tramaglini also said he intends to sue the Holmdel police department for "maliciously circulating" his mugshot for a minor offense, akin to a speeding ticket, his lawyer, Matt Adams says.
