HOLMDEL, NJ — Career Day is set to make its annual return to Bell Works on Friday.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., attendees will have a chance to meet with the hiring tenants of Bell Works, take part in a Resume Writing Workshop with Adecco, and listen in on a panel from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

In addition to the opportunity to meet employers, attendees will also be able to listen in on the panel “Beyond the Resume: Human Skills in a Digital World” from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
“In a workplace increasingly shaped by AI, automation, and constant change, technical skills alone are no longer enough,” event officials said. “This panel will explore the qualities that make people truly stand out today — empathy, communication, creativity, adaptability, and authentic connection.”
