Bar Method Opening Inside Bell Works In Holmdel Very Soon

HOLMDEL, NJ — Last week, we told you how Jersey Freeze, the iconic Freehold ice cream shop, will be opening a second location inside Bell Works this spring.

Now today, we learned that the highly-anticipated Bar Method studio inside Bell Works will also open very soon, likely before February.

Bar Method is rooted in ballet and uses isometric (static) exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, followed by periods of stretching to elongate, lengthen and align the body. Bar Method is known as a way to get toned, zap unattractive fat and build healthy muscle and attractive curves for women.

Bar Method is the first part of something called "Fit Lab," which Bell Works' owners hope to turn into a cluster of indoor exercise facilities.

The developer of Bell Works, Somerset Development, said on their blog that negotiations are underway for a full-service gym and two more boutique fitness businesses to come next.
