Registration is REQUIRED...........Open to everyone 18 and over. Bring a cutting board & cutting knives. Holmdel Residents $15 pp/per class & Non-Residents $20 pp/per class.
Thursday, November 10th, Holmdel Community Center from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM.

Bucatini all' Amatriciana (Italian pasta with a traditional Italian pasta sauce based on guanciale, pecorino cheese, and tomato)
