• February 2013:  6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $601,650. vs an average list price of $632,317. with an average 171 DOM

• There are currently 34 homes under contract with an average list price of $791,621 with an average 98 DOM.
• There are currently 84 homes available with an average list price of $1,032,145. with an average 145 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of February:

• February 2014: 6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $404,067. vs an average list price of $414,100. with an average 87 DOM
• February 2013: 8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $244,750. vs an average list price of $260,725. with an average 81 DOM

• There are currently 32 homes under contract with an average list price of $285,422. with an average 97 DOM.
• There are currently 63 homes available with an average list price of $313,265 with an average 111 DOM.

• Holmdel: 14 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 15 homes in 2013 YTD
• Hazlet: 16 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 20 homes in 2013 YTD
