Earth Day Festival Planned In Holmdel: See Details

Attendees will be able to enjoy exhibits, shows, a Greenway Walk and more at the event.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Residents will be able to enjoy exhibits, shows, activities and more this spring when Holmdel’s Earth Day Festival returns.

From 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, the festival will take place at Bayonet Farm at 41 Middletown Road.

For those who come early to the festival, they can take part in the Greenway Walk, where participants explore the trails at Bayonet Farm.

Attendees walk a two-mile loop beginning at the Harding House at 11 a.m. before returning just as the festivities begin.

“Don’t forget to visit the bake sale and Red Bank Deli!” event organizers said. “Admission, shows, tours and parking are all FREE.”

The schedule of exhibits, shows and activities at the Earth Day Festival are as follows:

  • Monmouth County Parks Nature on the Move Van (12 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • Doodle Dude (1:30 p.m.)
  • Tours of the Harding House (1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.)
  • Late4Lunch performs live at the Red Barn
  • Mother Earth Drum Circle (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • Eyes of the Wild Mammal Show (3:30 p.m.)

The Earth Day Festival will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

The festival is sponsored by the Holmdel Environmental Commission and Citizens for Informed Land Use (CILU).

Bayonet Farm is located at 41 Middletown Road, Holmdel.
