Erroneous Information - 4/5/15 - Charles Carlino

My offense was knocked down to a 60 day reckless driving suspension due to a new med having adverse reaction to 1 glass of wine, as well as my physical disabilities making it impossible to do certain field tests. In the end it was proven in court NOT to be a DWI. Yes, I served my suspension, but I was also unaware of the reaction my med would create with the glass of wine. The combo elevated my blood alcohol content to just above the legal limit. Thank you. Charles Carlino, Parlin, NJ
