2011 Leadership Boot Camp Experience

Program is titled "Unrest in the Garden State: Student Activism in the Vietnam Era."

In the fall of each year, the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans‘ Memorial Foundation presents an all-day, multi-speaker, Interdisciplinary Forum on the Vietnam era, held at the Robert B. Meyner Reception Center located nearby the Vietnam Era Museum & Educational Center.

The Forum is open to the general public but is designed with teachers in mind, offering panel sessions with ideas and information for bringing to the classroom the lessons and legacies of the Vietnam era. Teachers should note the program is a registered New Jersey Professional Development Provider, and attendance qualifies them for necessary Professional Development credit hours.
