The Middletown Planning Board will meet on Weds., July 6 to hear a plan to build a 324-unit housing development at the site of the former 92-acre Avaya offices on Middletown-Lincroft Road, near the corner of West Front Street, in Middletown.
Hundreds of people turned out to the last Planning Board meeting on May 4 to oppose the plan, which calls for 68 affordable housing units, in compliance with COAH mandates.
The Lincroft Village Green Association has organized against it, and is soliciting donations.
