Immediately preceding each Regular Business Meeting, the Board will have an Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, negotiations and litigation.
For the July and August meetings the Executive Session will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Unforeseen circumstances may force the rescheduling of these meetings. In such case, notice will be given as provided in the Open Public Meetings Act.
