Take an active role in your health at “On the Road with CSC – Fight with Your Fork: Supermarket Sweep at Wegmans,” a free program offered by The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center.
Bring a notepad and pen and be ready to learn with the Cancer Support Community team as they guide you through the aisles at Wegmans in Ocean Township. The program will highlight healthy choices to make while food shopping, and provide helpful tricks for reading nutritional labels and easy swaps to create a healthier diet.
Meet at the Cancer Support Community at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8. Everyone is welcome, but registration is required by calling the Cancer Support Community at 732-923-6090.

The Cancer Support Community (CSC) offers supportive programs, education, and hope for individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, no matter where treatment is received. Monthly programs include relaxation and guided imagery, yoga, mindfulness meditation, exercise for strength, support groups and much more.
