Hazlet, NJ - A Hazlet man was charged last week with attempted burglary of a home in the township.

The incident happened May 30, police said, but he was just arrested last week, according to a criminal complaint from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. However, once the occupants heard him, he fled the area, police said.
