Hazlet Man Exposed Himself to Women in Holmdel Kohl's Parking Lot: Police

HOLMDEL, NJ - At approximately 9:15 p.m. Friday, the Holmdel police department responded to the area of the Kohl’s department store on Highway 35 for a call of a male subject exposing himself to a female. Upon arrival, officers located the male actor, identified as Patrick R. Carroll of Bucknell Drive, Hazlet Township.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Carroll followed the female victim as she exited the store and walked to her vehicle. After she entered her vehicle, Carroll stood directly in front of the car, exposed himself and began masturbating, police said.

The female victim contacted police as she drove away from him. While on scene, officers determined that Carroll had committed the same act on another female victim who was in the process of calling police. Carroll was subsequently placed under arrest for Lewdness, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
