Hazlet Police Save Overdose Victim At Local Movie Theater

Hazlet police said they used Narcan to save a 20-year-old woman at a Route 35 movie theater.

Hazlet police used Narcan to save an overdose victim, police said.

On Friday, Patrolmen Robert Dickens and Will Marvel were called to the Rave Movie Theater on Route 35, where they administered Narcan to a 20-year-old woman, police said on their Facebook page.

She was taken to the hospital by the Hazlet First Aid Squad for further treatment.

Police said Friday’s case was the second time in two weeks that township officers have used Narcan to save an overdose victim.
