Saturday: Hazlet Holds "Trunk or Treat" For Kids

Trick or treating in neighborhoods is not permitted due to safety concerns. So some citizens have come up with an alternate idea.

Trick or treating in Hazlet has been rescheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. 

"Trunk or Treat" is being sponsored by the township at Raritan High School 1-2:30 p.m. and Beers Street School 2:30-4:00 p.m.

People are invited to come park a car in the lot, and pop open the hood. Trick or treaters will come visit.

Kids should wear their costumes, and car owners are encouraged to decorate their rides in Halloween style.
