Learn How to Have “Sweet Dreams” at the Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center

Holistic Health Practitioner Diane Todd will explain what your dreams say about your quality of sleep

Sleep tight – and learn how to sleep right – at “Sweet Dreams,” a free program offered by The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center.

Holistic Health Practitioner Diane Todd will explain what your dreams say about your quality of sleep at the event on Wednesday, April 19 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Suite ST-007 of the Maysie-Stroock Pavilion located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch.

According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, sleep unfolds in four phases, culminating in REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. The stages repeat in order every 90 to 110 minutes on average. Todd will speak with attendees to see if they are getting the required amount of rest every night to stay healthy, share tips for healthy sleep habits and talk about the most common dreams and what impact they have on sleep.
