Man Accused Of Sex Trafficking Arrested In Hazlet
A man wanted in Oregon for the sex trafficking of a young girl was arrested in Hazlet Wednesday.

HAZLET, NJ — A man wanted in Oregon for the alleged sex trafficking of a young girl was arrested in Hazlet Wednesday, and he will be extradited back to Portland.
The cross-country search for the man was done by the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
Last week, a federal grand jury in Portland, Oregon indicted James Keenan of Vancouver, Washington, following a month-long investigation into child sex trafficking, police in Beaverton, Oregon announced.

Keenan, 47, was arrested in Hazlet Wednesday, April 11 and charged with sex trafficking of a child (an underage girl), attempted sex trafficking of a child and attempted enticement.
A police spokesman in Beaverton, Oregon told Patch that due to the ongoing investigative nature of the case, they can only share limited information at this time. However, he did say Keenan will be extradited back to Portland where he will stand trial in federal court.
