Moderna Vaccine Clinic For Hazlet Residents 55+ On April 15
The Monmouth County Office on Aging will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations to Hazlet residents ages 55 and older. Here's how to register.
HAZLET, NJ - The Monmouth County Office on Aging will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations to Hazlet residents 55 and older this week, according to a Hazlet Township municipal alert.
There are roughly 19 spots available as of Wednesday morning. Residents can access the registration link here or contact the township to sign up at (732) 217-8660.
Those who do not have transportation to get to the Monmouth County Agriculture Building at 4000 Kozlowski Road in Freehold can take a ride on the SCAT bus.

Registrants will receive a confirmation from Hazlet Township by email upon registration.
“We expect to be able to offer this opportunity again, as supply allows, and as the eligibility age changes,” the township wrote. “Our seniors who have signed up on our priority list were offered the opportunity to sign up over the past two days.
