Victim ID'd, Killed In N.J. Train Crash With Car In Monmouth County
A train has smashed into a car, causing a service shutdown, authorities said.
A train smashed into a car in Monmouth County on Saturday, causing a service shut down, authorities said. One person was killed in the crash.
Authorities have identified the victim as Albert Fuchs, 90, of Hazlet.
The accident happenned at the Bethany Road railroad crossing in the Hazlet area around noon, according to authorities.

NJ Transit says the North Jersey Coast Line is suspended in both directions between Hazlet and Long Branch, and the agency is using buses to transport people.
