New Division Commander, U.S.C.G.Auxiliary, Station Sandy Hook

Jan. 1 ,2017; Glenn Mason, a retired Detective from the Hazlet Police Dept. takes over the helm for the USCG Aux. at Station Sandy Hook as it's new Division Commander.
The Coast Guard Auxiliary's mission is :
- To promote and improve Recreational Boating Safety
- To provide trained crews and facilities to augment the Coast Guard and enhance safety and security of our ports, waterways, and coastal regions
- To support Coast Guard operational, administrative, and logistical Requirements
