New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters Clinches Gold Certification
NJAHU receives national recognition once again

The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) is proud to announce that the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters has once again received Gold Certification – awarded to the strongest chapters in the nation.
NJAHU had not achieved Gold certification from national headquarters since 2012, underscoring how well the organization has operated and achieved its lofty goals in the past year. The NJAHU board has been focused on programs and initiatives that would elevate the state chapter, once again, to Gold status.
NJAHU President Toby Stark said he was thrilled to learn about the statewide award, a culmination of the hard work of many people. "We are blessed with a strong group of volunteers and a strong board. And the results show," he said. “I would like to thank our awards chair, Judy Levine, for her hard work and dedication to helping the association achieve this award.”

The NJAHU represents health insurance brokers and other industry professionals across the state of New Jersey, from the Northwest all the way to Cape May.
The NJAHU was recognized for this award as part of NAHU's Chapter Certification Program, an ongoing program that recognizes excelling chapters throughout the calendar year. Recognition is based on specific criteria. To earn Gold Certification, chapters must satisfy at least nine of 14 criteria. Once a chapter satisfies six of the 14 criteria, it can apply for Silver Certification. If all 14 are satisfied, the chapter will automatically receive Platinum Certification.
