Saker ShopRite Hiring 200 for New Location in Hazlet

ShopRite is closing its 40,000 square foot Route 36 store in Hazlet and opening an 80,000 square foot store at Route 35 and Hazlet Avenue in Hazlet. Store officials expect the store to open this summer.

Applicants can apply online or stop in the hiring center in the parking lot to use the PCs to fill out an application. (You may have to wait for a turn in line.) The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Grocery Clerk

Part time positions available in the Grocery department. Must be 18 years old. Must be available to work weekends. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.

Non Food Clerk

Part time help is needed in our Non Food Department. Must be available to work weekends. Must be 18 years old. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.

Seafood Clerk

Part time help is needed in our Seafood department. Must be available to work weekends. Must be 18 years old. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.

Grill Chef Manager

To maintain and operate the Prepared Food Department according to company and department standard; to communicate with and courteously assist customers with the selections, stock and maintain merchandise levels. Prepare daily orders of product, conduct weekly inventories, prepare weekly labor schedules following budgetary guidelines. 

Maintenance Clerk

Part time help is needed in our Maintenance/Sanitation Department. No experience necessary, training will be provided. Must be available to work weekends. Must be 18 years old.

Cashier

Part time Cashiers are needed for evening hours. No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Must be available to work weekends.

Frozen Food Clerk

Part time help is needed in our Frozen Food Department. No experience is necessary. Training will be provided. Must be 18 years old. Must be available to work weekends.

Meat Clerk

Part time help is needed in our Meat Department. No experience necessary, training will be provided. Must be 18 years old. Must be available to work weekends.
