HOLMDEL, NJ — The two M&M display signs that were stolen during the KIDZ BOP concert earlier this August at the PNC Bank Arts Center have been mysteriously returned.

The two 3-foot M&M display signs disappeared on Monday, Aug. 20 and it was New Jersey State Police who announced yesterday, Monday, Sept. 3 that they had been returned to the concert venue space in Holmdel.

"The New Jersey State Police Troop “D” Criminal Investigation Office is proud to announce that Mr. Red and Mr. Yellow M&M were located unharmed," State Police wrote on their Facebook page. "The collaborative effort resulted in resolving the investigation without the need for an arrest — a very sweet conclusion."

When asked by Patch, State Police would not reveal much more beyond that, only to say that the M&M signs were returned Sept. 1 and that no arrests were made. When police first announced the signs had been taken, people called in with leads and even Live Nation and M&M Mars Corporation apparently helped State Police on the case.
