Teen Steals from Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Homdel, Police Say

The box had about $1,200 to $1,500 worth of donation money inside.

An Ocean Township teen stole the cash donation box from the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Holmdel earlier this month, police charge.

On Nov. 20, Bujon Russell, 18, stole the donation box, which is kept in the lobby of the Vietnam-era museum and educational center, located in Holmdel Township, alleges the Monmouth County prosecutor.

The box had about $1,200 to $1,500 worth of donation money inside.
