Where: Union Beach Bear Shooting Selective Prosecution Animal of Cruelty Charges

In case you haven’t noticed, the new thing our police state has been doing is prosecuting pet owners for cruelty even though pets are the property of the owners and don’t have constitutioal protections. Yet police routinely shoot people’s dogs claiming they were under threat. The MCTP has researched this for years given information to politicians like Sam Thomspson, spoke to prosecutors and we have gotten nothing but bullshit and cover up stores. If the police had now choice, they were put there by the lack of support by other agencies so either way, there is wrong occuring. Enough is a enough!

Let’s look at the facts: This particular young bear has been around the Middletown area for a few years and has never harmed a citizen or their property. This bear was young and retreated up a tree and the police did not receive any assistance from the Fish and Game association or the SPCA (with their many donations). The police could have reached out to nearby animal hospitals for tranquilizer guns and had the animal transported to Great Adventure or relocated. It is not the animals fault that over development and progressive high density housing is stressing it out of it’s environment. It is certainly not the bear’s fault that we have corrupt and over anxious authorities looking to kill or destroy things either. Another fact, where was the Monmouth County SPCA chief when this bear’s life depended on him to help bring in resources to save it? Another politically connected incompetent piece of crap. Sadly, news agencies never picked up on how prosecutors stole control of our grand juries (USC are supposed to be codes based on constitutional law). The grand jury should not be solely under a prosecutor’s control and this check an balance would have made authorities think twice (Loigman Case Lie 2005).

Now the sad part, that poor bear was shot not once but nine times. That means the facts are it suffered and all those discharging their weapons should go before a grand jury and be investigated for animal cruelty charges.
If the prosecutor doesn’t like what we are saying, then we will bring the FBI in for color of law abuses say’s members of the MCTP because we are not accepting this type of corruption and threat any longer..
