$1M Powerball Ticket Sold At North Jersey Pharmacy

The top prize has still yet to be claimed, meaning the first-place winnings have climbed to $498 million for the Wednesday drawing.

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — One Sussex County shopper is now $1 million richer after a lucky Powerball purchase.

On Saturday, Family Drug Shops in Branchville, located at 19 Main Street, sold a Powerball ticket that won $1 million.

The ticket matched Saturday's winning numbers of 8, 10, 14, 45 and 59. It did not match the Powerball drawn, 5, making it the only second-prize ticket bought across the country.

The Powerball's top prize was not won during the Monday drawing either, meaning the top prize has climbed to $498 million, with a cash value of $221 million, for Wednesday's drawing.

Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. EST.
