2020 Election Season Begins In Hopatcong

HOPATCONG, NJ - Despite the impact of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, outbreak in our area the primary election season is gearing up in Hopatcong.

Republicans Richard Schindelar and John Young have filed on one ticket and are facing a ticket of Heather Fiore and Patricia DelDolce.

Democrat Mara Modes has filed to secure her party's nomination in July.

Concerns over the new coronavirus have pushed the primary to July 7.
