Customer Service Training

Improve your business’s customer service by learning proven techniques to communicate more effectively with your customer.

Learn how empathy, re-framing and rephrasing the customer’s request can lead to a more positive outcome. Also, learn what non-verbal cues might be undermining your message. We will put research on the science of influence and tone to use to transform your written communication. Tips on how to deliver bad news as well as dealing with angry customers will also be covered.

Employees must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Employed at least 20 hours per week
  • Be paid by employer at their usual hourly rate while in training

Class Schedule:

2017 - June 5 and June 6,

9 am – 3:30 pm (1/2 hour lunch break)
