
Marv Kaminsky’s has been involved with photography since college. His
current focus is fine art photography. In the past his work included
scientific, wedding, sports, and photo-journalism. Kaminsky’s creative process is spontaneous, seeking to capture subject, light, form and color.
The talk will include: what constitutes a black and white photo, and how to
shoot them. The aesthetics of black and white photography and how to
create a great black and white photo is discussed.
Marv’s work has been exhibited in a number of fine arts galleries, has won numerous
awards in the USA and internationally. The work has been published in
