Fundraiser Dance Party with Four Man Trio & John Lepre 

Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, located at 246 Woodport Road in Sparta, is delighted to announce a special musical performance by Bill McGowan of Pushingstone at an outdoor summer concert on Friday, August 21, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. (In the event of rain, the concert will be held indoors.)
McGowan, a self‑taught Christian musician, is known for his heartfelt, scripture‑inspired compositions. His music blends storytelling, reflection, and New Testament themes, especially the stories of women in scripture, creating a deeply personal and spiritually rich experience for listeners. His work has resonated with audiences across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and Shepherd of the Hills is honored to welcome him to the Sparta community this summer.
This August program will offer an uplifting, family‑friendly community event designed to bring neighbors together through faith, creativity, and shared worship.
This event is free and open to all. Free‑will donations are appreciated and will help support future events. Light refreshments will be available for a small fee, with proceeds supporting the outreach ministry of Shepherd of the Hills.
