Swing, Swing, Swing
Everywhere you go where music is playing, they will be dancing some form of Swing because it's one of the most popular dances ever!
You know the one you saw on American Bandstand and in all the movies (not the one where they throw the girl up in the air)!... This is what we call East Coast Swing or Triple Step (some people call it Rock 'n Roll). We will be teaching beginner classes on Fridays from 7:30 - 8:30 with a free practice afterward, and also on Wednesday at a little higher level for those who already know their basic steps, from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. free practice included).
