NEW DATES-Computerized Accounting Course - Registration Now Open

This information packed program focuses primarily on accounting procedures and QuickBooks. The class is introduced to MS Windows, Word and Excel and then advances to basic accounting principles and QuickBooks Pro. Class assignments are based on actual workplace projects to prepare the student for employment in the accounting and business fields. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, financial statements, as well as other accounting policies and procedures are covered. Writing a resume and job search training is included. Prerequisites: High school graduate HSE (formerly GED), basic computer skills and an interest and aptitude in working with numbers.
