Dancing with Scarves coming in November

Dancing, in general, is good for you because it increases your heart rate, builds stamina, uses brain cells, and so much more.

I've just recently discovered that dancing with 2 veils in my hands, about 24" square each, and very lightweight, actually increased my workout to the point that I found myself not even moving my feet so much as my arms and I was getting a good upper body workout and tightening my stomach muscles at the same time. It was so much fun and so easy even my granddaughters were waving scarves around and enjoying it. Being there were no classes in the area, I decided to start one myself, at Ronnie's Dance Studio in Hopatcong. The class will run on Tuesdays Nov. 7, 14, 21, and 28.
