Varsity Football:
All players that are registering for Varsity football must be present at the time of registration to be measured for their new jersey. 2011 will be the first year that the Varsity players will be purchasing their own jerseys. We are very excited for the players to be able to have their own home and away jersey as a token of their last year or soon to be last year as a Warrior. The jerseys will be customized with the players last name. $60.00 is the total cost of both jerseys. We will be collecting a $25 per family volunteer deposit at registration. This deposit will be returned after 2-3 hours of game day volunteer services are fulfilled. Come to an open board meeting after you fulfill your game day service and we will return your deposit.
You will also be required to complete the Warriors Code Of Conduct. Form is available on the hopatcongwarriors.com website, please bring to registration or we will have available to complete at the time of registration. Must be completed by each player/family.
CHECK POLICY FOR WARRIORS PROGRAM
1. Double endorsed checks are unacceptable.
2. No payroll checks.
3. There has to be a check number printed on the check
4. Checking account must be in your name with your name and address pre-printed on the check. (No exceptions) Please write the child’s full name in memo. Many parents have different names then their child. We must have your phone number on the check.
5. If your check bounces you are responsible to reimburse us for the bank fees we get charged. The bank fee for returned checks is a minimum of $25.00 up to a maximum fee of five times the amount of the check.
6. Write one bad check and we will no longer accept a check from you.
7. We have the right to refuse your check for any reason. No exception.
