Free legal advice and limited legal representation is available at Project Self-Sufficiency for those who want advice about divorce, housing, life-planning documents, public entitlements, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant issues, mortgage modifications, or other topics. Convenient daytime and evening appointments are available; some participants may be eligible for free legal representation. Individual consultations will be offered on Wednesday, April 17th, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. or on Thursdays, April 4th and 18th, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The sessions are free and open to area residents who meet income eligibility requirements; consultations are by appointment only.
