Halloween Curfew Back For 2017 In Sparta, Hopatcong
Make sure you know when to be home by.
SPARTA, NJ — Make sure your Halloween is all treats and no tricks, by being aware of curfews in place in Sparta and Hopatcong.
Sparta will have a special Halloween curfew in place between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Those under 18 are not allowed out in public without an adult during those times.
Hopatcong's regular curfew of 9:30 p.m. will remain in effect during Halloween, police told Patch.
