HOPATCONG, NJ— Hopatcong's annual Halloween parade and costume contest is coming up this weekend.
The parade will start at Hudson Maxim at noon, and travel to Modick Park this Sunday (if it rains, the parade will be postposed to Oct. 22).
There will be a costume context, rides, treat bags and more fun for the whole family.
