Hopatcong High School Drama Club will be presenting the musical "All Shook Up" at 7pm on March 30, 31, April 1 and 2pm on April 2. Tickets are $10 and $7 for students and senior citizens. Joe Ross, the Director was intrigued about doing a show that features all Elvis Presley songs. He feels everyone still loves Elvis. The main character is not Elvis, though; he is a character who is like Elvis: he is Chad the Roustabout. The story of the show is sort of like Elvis coming to a drab town like the one in "Footloose." Chad has come to shake things up. Joe Ross, the Director has been with Hopatcong High School for 12 years. Before that, though, he was a professional actor and acting coach for 35 years. He decided to teach and direct in a high school because he wanted to share his love of theater with young people. As Elvis might say, "It's been a blast!"
