Hopatcong Open Space Master Plan Could be Approved

Editor's note: The following is from the Hopatcong planning board.

Please take notice that the Borough of Hopatcong planning board will conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of an open space and recreation plan update to its master plan. The hearing will be conducted at its regular meeting on June 21, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room in the Hopatcong borough municipal building, located at 111 River Styx Road, Hopatcong, New Jersey.

Members of the public may appear in person or through an attorney to participate in the review process and hearing. The matter will be heard on the listed date or any adjourn date designated by the planning board at this public meeting without additional notice. The open space and recreation plan update 2011 which will be considered is on file with the secretary of the planning board and is available for inspection at the municipal building during normal business hours.

This notice is provided pursuant to the requirements of the municipal land use law regulating adoption of an amendment to a master plan.
