Health educator Candace Wu will discuss methods of reducing stress for parents and children at the next meeting of the Project Sussex Kids General Council, Wednesday, October 13th, 10:00 a.m. at Project Self-Sufficiency. Wu is a health educator and lead content creator and editor for Atlantic Health System’s Children’s Health & Goryeb Children’s Hospital, Morristown. Parents, caregivers, educators, and community members who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are invited to attend in person. Childcare is available for those in need. Additionally, the meeting will be available on Zoom for those who are reluctant to gather in a communal setting. Participants will also receive an update on Project Sussex Kids activities. The meeting is free and open to the vaccinated public; those who would like to participate virtually are invited to call Project Self-Sufficiency at 973-940-3500 for log-in details.
