SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — A Sussex County man is facing charges after he was caught stealing thousands of dollars from his employer, police said.

Rayan Pourshariati, 20, of Hardyston Township, was arrested last month after stealing from his employer, the Irish Cottage Inn in Franklin, officials said Friday.
