On Saturday, May 13, 2017 the Junior Woman’s Club of Sparta, with the support of Sparta Parks and Recreation, will be hosting the 42nd annual Sparta Day. Sparta Day is a family event that attracts thousands of people from Sparta and its neighboring communities. It is a vendor/craft fair and family fun festival that has become not only a fundraiser for local charities, but also a much anticipated community event. This year, the JWCS plans on having inflatable rides for children, live entertainment, food and over 125 vendors. The event will be held at Station Park from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, rain or shine.
