Sparta Township: NAMI Sussex Offers Family Support Course

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is offering a free Family-to-Family 8-week program that helps family members, caregivers, and friends understand, support and become advocates for their loved ones with serious mental health challenges, while maintaining their own wellbeing.

This 8-session course is offered via Zoom by NAMI Sussex, Thursday evenings starting March 4 and ending April 29. Two trained NAMI Sussex teachers will co-teach, and most of the participants will be from Sussex county. Confidentiality will be carefully maintained.
