Sparta Township: Tree Removal Kid’s Kastle Station Park

For the safety of our residents, the parks department will be removing the trees in the Kid’s Kastle Parking Area at Station Park which have been affected by the Ash Bore Beetle. This beetle destroys the trees from the inside out and makes them very weak and subject to fall easily. The intention of the department is to replace the Ash trees with another species in the future.
