People were out in Modick Park and on the streets, leaving winter behind.
Who saw this snow coming?
Not Hopatcong Patch, which spent Sunday traveling the borough, taking photos as people reveled in the first day of spring. Some showed off their moves at the basketball court. Others went for nice walks or just basked in the sun.
