The following is a correction to yesterday’s daily COVID-19 press release. There were 5 additional cases of COVID-19, not 14 as originally reported. As of 12:00 AM on October 23, 2020 the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) announces 8 additional cases of COVID-19 among County residents for a total number of 1776 confirmed cases. Of the 1776 cases, 1442 cases have been classified as recovered. Additionally, the SCDOH reports no new deaths for a total of 197 deaths.
