Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on September 21, 2021 by Anthony K. Webb.

Webb, age of 35, of Middletown, NY, pled guilty to Shoplifting, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for October 14, 2021 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.
The defendant admitted to taking items from the Home Depot in Newton.
