Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on October 7, 2021 by Josue Pagan.

Pagan, age 33, of Newton, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for November 18, 2021 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.
The defendant admitted to being in possession of Cocaine when stopped by Andover Police for a motor vehicle violation.
